A WMAC Mini Post

I read something today.

For those of you familiar with Core 77, you may already know what I’m talking about. For those of you who don’t: LEHDOIT!

Core 77 is a design blog–but you get some really great lessons in life, ergonomics, and history.

Today, I read a case study about redesigning a cafeteria. The designers wanted to take an elementary school cafeteria so that the kids would be more likely to nom on the tasty noms that I am sure available on a day-to-day basis at the school. But they went a step further: posting not just what the challenges were, but what they learned about the kids, the school, and even their lives.

As you read Part One and Part Two, read it how you will. But remember that those bold bullet points are applicable for more than just munchkins eating their vegetables.

Adieu! And have a FANtastic weekend!
